This application, n8n Gmail Automation, uses Google APIs to access Gmail and Google Calendar data in order to perform automated tasks for the user via the n8n workflow engine.

Data Access

With user consent, the app accesses Gmail metadata and calendar events. This data is used solely for automation (e.g., detecting emails, reading event data) and is not stored, shared, or sold.

Google API Disclosure

This app complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No data is transferred to external services.

Security

All data transmitted is encrypted via HTTPS and handled in a secure environment. We do not store personal email content or calendar details on any external server.

User Control

You may revoke the app's access at any time via your Google account: Google Account Permissions.

Resume page tracking

When you open the /resume-with-videopage, we record the URL parameters (which may include your name, email, and company if the link was personalized for you), your IP address, browser, country, city, and timestamp. We use this to know who has reviewed Guillaume's profile and to follow up appropriately. We also store the messages you send to the on-page AI chat for the duration of your session (no long-term storage). To request deletion of any of this data, email guillaume@leanai.agency.
